LOOMIS GROUP BOLSTERS CLIENT SERVICE CAPABILITIES AND PREPARES FOR GROWTH WITH A SERIES OF PERSONNEL MOVES
San Francisco, Calif. Apr. 6, 2004 - Loomis Group, an independent, integrated marketing agency, today announced a number of senior personnel moves targeted at supporting ongoing client growth and advancing employee development in key client-service areas. Specifically, Loomis Group has promoted three of its directors to newly created vice president positions in Account Service, Brand Integration, and Business Development departments. The company has also promoted George Steeley, former senior vice president of creative and a 13-year Loomis Group veteran, to Chief Creative Officer.

"These moves will put structure over our current growth and give us experienced leaders in positions where they can foster professional development internally and ensure we're delivering the best possible results for our clients," said Jeff Loomis, CEO of Loomis Group. "The four individuals we are promoting have already proven their ability to achieve both of those goals by expanding the scope and capabilities of their departments in ways that pay dividends for our clients on a daily basis, and I am extremely pleased to have them on these new responsibilities."

One of those assuming additional responsibilities will be Loomis Group's new vice president of Business Development, Ms. Cindy Lee. A marketing veteran who previously ran her own agency, Ms. Lee has played a critical role in helping Loomis Group secure a diverse set of new clients, including storage-giant Maxtor, industry-leading business intelligence provider Informatica, eco-friendly clothiers Wildlife Works, and boutique winemaker Dashe Cellars. In her new role, Ms. Lee will drive diversification and growth in targeted consumer, technology and healthcare markets.

On the client-service side of the business, Loomis Group has promoted Ms. Wendy Shay to vice president of Account Services. Formerly the director of Loomis Group's emerging technologies practice, which includes such notable clients as leading online communications firm, WebEx Communications and Maxtor, Ms. Shay will now be responsible for overseeing the development and performance of all Loomis Group's client service professionals.

Loomis Group has also promoted Ms. Jennifer Joelson from director of Brand Strategy, where she was in charge of managing a successful team of brand strategists as well as developing the company's proprietary strategic marketing development process, Brandmapping. In her new role, Ms. Joelson will strengthen internal processes for integrating clients' brand strategies across communications channels, spearhead Loomis Group's own marketing efforts, and ensure the agency consistently delivers experiences that meet the goals defined by its own brand strategy.

The final promotion was of Mr. George Steeley, who moves from senior vice president of creative to Chief Creative Officer. During his tenure at Loomis Group, Mr. Steeley has grown the company's creative capabilities to meet the entire spectrum of clients' marketing needs, including advertising, logo design, collateral, direct marketing, packaging and web sites. In his new position, Mr. Steeley will participate in corporate strategy development and decision-making while continuing to lead and build the agency's award-winning creative team.
